CARLSBAD, Calif.— DCN Dx announced today that Angela Rapattoni has been hired as VP of Finance, bringing more than 13 years of finance experience to the role.
“Angela has a demonstrated track record of maximizing profitability and accelerating growth through strong operational focus and commercial partnerships,” Mamrak said. “With her extensive experience in finance, planning, and analysis, I’m confident that she will be an essential addition to our team, helping to create efficiencies and expansion through organic growth and acquisition in alignment with our company’s values.”
As VP of Finance, Rapattoni will oversee various finance-related functions, leading corporate commercial finance and pricing strategy at DCN Dx.

Rapattoni’s experience includes serving as Senior Director of Finance, Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Saxco International, where she led corporate commercial finance and pricing strategy. Before Saxco, she held positions as Senior Manager of FP&A at BEVMO!, Senior Financial Analyst and Finance Manager for Ross Stores, and began her career as an Auditor for Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco. Her extensive career demonstrates her ability to manage forecasting, financial modeling, and budgeting at both the corporate and store level.
Angela Rapattoni holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and secured her CPA certification in California.
